I'm Shana, a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping you achieve deep self-awareness and mind-body balance. I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa techniques and have been teaching since 2020.

My instruction is built upon the unique integration of my clinical expertise with embodied practice. I offer a trauma-informed space and utilize somatic modalities—practices that focus on the mind-body connection—to help you regulate your nervous system, process stress, and cultivate resilience. My approach goes beyond traditional physical exercise; it is a clinical pathway to understanding how emotional and/or traumatic experiences are stored in the body. 

After discovering yoga as a way to reconnect with my body and quiet the noise in my mind, I felt called to share that sense of grounding with others. My classes are rooted in presence, compassion, and mindful movement. We blend breath-led flow, intentional alignment, and meditation to create space for you to restore your inner peace and calm.

With a background in wellness and a passion for lifelong learning, I am committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals of all levels can build confidence, deepen their practice, and develop tools for resilience both on and off the mat. At its core, this work is therapeutic yoga grounded in somatic practice—intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen mind-body awareness, and promote lasting emotional and physical well-being.

As a Licensed Therapist and Nationally Certified Life Coach with over 10 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of personal struggles, including stress, life transitions, low confidence, relationship challenges, goal-setting difficulties, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My approach to coaching is supportive, practical, and goal oriented. I combine evidence-based therapeutic insight with proven life coaching strategies to help clients gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and develop the skills needed to move forward with confidence. Together, we focus on identifying personal strengths, overcoming limiting beliefs, building healthier habits, and creating actionable plans that align with each client’s values and vision for their life.

With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, I understand that every person’s journey is unique. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and motivated to make positive changes. Health and Nutrition Life Coach

Denice Duszynski is a certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach with over 15 years of experience helping women simplify their approach to health and feel at home in their bodies again.

Her passion for wellness began long before her career—but it became deeply personal after being diagnosed with cancer at age 50. That experience changed everything. Determined to understand what she was putting into her body and how it truly impacted her health, Denice began a lifelong journey of learning, healing, and guiding others to do the same.

Denice specializes in working with women—especially those in midlife—who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and frustrated by diets that no longer work. She understands firsthand the challenges of hormonal changes, low energy, and weight that won’t budge, despite doing “all the right things.”

Her approach is simple, realistic, and sustainable. Rather than promoting restriction or extreme dieting, Denice teaches women how to build habits that fit into real life. Through habit stacking, practical nutrition guidance, and honest, supportive coaching, she helps her clients create lasting change without deprivation.

Known for her warm, relatable style and straightforward guidance, Denice builds strong relationships with her clients—meeting them where they are while helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

In addition to her professional work, Denice is a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and a proud 15-year cancer survivor. She brings not only knowledge, but lived experience, compassion, and resilience into every client relationship.
