Wellness Services
Not everything you want to change is a diagnosis. Sometimes you want clearer direction, steadier habits, more energy, or a calmer body. Our wellness team offers life coaching, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and therapeutic yoga to help you build routines that fit your life. You can start with any of them, on their own or alongside therapy.
Therapy is mental health treatment from a licensed therapist, and insurance may cover it. Wellness services focus on goals, habits, and well-being. They don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and they aren’t billed to insurance.
