Online group therapy
Sometimes it helps to work on things alongside people who get it. Our virtual groups are small, led by a licensed clinician, and built around practical skills and honest conversation. You choose how much to share, and you’ll leave each session with something to try.
Is group therapy right for me?
Group works well for many people, and it’s often a lower-cost way to build skills. It doesn’t replace individual therapy when you need more focused care, and many people do both. If you’re not sure, reach out and we’ll help you decide.

Questions

Do I have to share personal details? No. You choose what to share and can pass on any exercise or question.
Can I do group and individual therapy together? Yes. Many people find the two support each other.
How do I join? Reach out to the group’s facilitator. We’ll make sure the group fits what you’re looking for.
Do you take insurance for groups? Yes! We’re happy to bill your insurance if the facilitator is in-network. Otherwise, the cost is $20 per session.
